Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Name)
This association is called the Billiards and Bowling Club (aka: DangguWA Club).
Article 2 (Purpose)
The purpose of the DangguWA Club is to enjoy bowling with a healthy sports spirit, promote friendship among members, and foster and develop the association through active creativity and effort through group action.
Chapter 2 Members
Article 3 (Capacity)
The Association accepts an unlimited number of members.
Article 4 (Qualifications)
• Anyone who enjoys bowling can join the club.
Monthly membership fee is $40, $20 or waived for high scorers. It is mandatory to attend two regular games each month.
Penalty: $10 fine for failure to attend scheduled games.
Members of this association are limited to Kakao group chat room members (Washington Billiards Club) or those registered on the website, www.dangguwa.org, and are qualified by recommendation from regular members and payment of monthly dues.
Article 5 (Rights and Obligations)
Members have rights and obligations such as complying with the rules, participating in operations, and exercising the right to speak and vote.

1 vice president
• 1 secretary
Article 7 (Method of Election)
• If more than 3/4 of the members attend, a majority of those present will agree.
